To try to keep shipping cost as low as possible by using Fed-ex ground shipping. Shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and destination. Just follow the instruction on your mail order form or it will be calculated for you by phone or on our website.

One time Cooler/Dry Ice charge per address/per order of $11.95 plus Shipping and Handling Charge.

Because we ship with Federal Express, we must deliver to a street address and have a phone number where you can be reached during the day. We DO NOT guarantee product from theft, damage or thawing from being unattended. The delivery service must leave the package on or about the delivery date. We package our products with enough Dry Ice for the delivery but not for storage past the delivery date. If you have concerns about delivery location, consider shipping it to an address where it will be received such as a friends home or business. Please notify the individuals that they will be receiving a perishable package. All shipping days below are approximate.

Shipments to Hawaii are sent Federal Express 2-day Air Service at an additional charge. Please call our Customer Service Department for more information. Unfortunately, we are unable to Ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Possessions, Canada, APO or FPO addresses.
